Refund policy

Standard Policy

We offer a 3-day hassle free replacement policy on all products. In case you receive a wrong product,  or any item is missing from your order, or it appears to be damaged due to delivery mishandling, you may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the delivery. We will ensure that the issue is resolved promptly and efficiently.

 

Handwritten Notes Category

Products under the handwritten notes category are print-on-demand and are therefore excluded from our standard replacement policy. However, we do offer replacements in the following specific cases:

- If you receive notes of a teacher other than the one you ordered.

- If the notes are damaged due to delivery mishandling.

These handwritten notes are sourced directly from the topper’s batch, famously known as the STAR batch. It contain only those chapters or topics taught by the respective teacher and whatsoever written by the student. If any chapter or topic appears to be missing, it might be because it was not covered in the teacher’s actual classes. As such, we do not take responsibility for any content not included for this reason.

 

Print on Demand Category

Orders containing product, which come under the print on demand (Xerox) category will not be cancelled in any case and are therefore excluded from our standard replacement policy.

However, we do offer replacements in the following specific cases:

- If you receive product other than the one you ordered.

- If your order is damaged due to delivery mishandling.

 

Prepaid Orders & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders are processed on a priority basis, and we strive to dispatch them using the fastest available shipping options.

In case of cancellation of orders placed using a prepaid payment method:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:
If the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, a deduction of 10% of the order value will be applicable towards transaction charges and order processing fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:
If the cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, all costs incurred by us will be deducted from the paid amount. These charges may include: 

Order processing fee, Payment gateway charges, Packaging charges, Forward shipping charges, Return shipping charges, any other applicable miscellaneous costs. The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded after deductions.

3. Print on Demand Products:
Orders placed under the Print on Demand category are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is successfully placed. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Further, to be eligible for a replacement, you must provide us with the complete unboxing video of the product and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your product within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your product to reach you in case of some unforeseen issues.
